🕓 WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME ON PREORDERS?
Preorders typically ship 30–45 days after the bulk order is submitted. We’ll always keep you updated along the way so you know when to expect your goodies!

🌿 WHAT ARE THE FABRIC SPECIFICATIONS?
All of our bamboo items are made from a dreamy blend of 95% viscose from bamboo and 5% spandex, with a 220–230 GSM weight — buttery-soft, breathable, and just the right amount of stretch.

💌 WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER?
Oh no — we never want that! If something isn’t right, please email us at twobambinosclothing@gmail.com. We’ll always do everything in our power to make it right — promise. Your happiness means the world to us!

📦 HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?
Once your order is placed, it’ll ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll get tracking info as soon as it’s on the way (cue the happy mail dance 💃). Obviously, we are the mercy of the shipping carrier once it’s out there in the world, but again, let us know if any issues arise and we will make them right!
